ABOUT US
North Branford Congregational Church is a warm, welcoming Christian community. We're a little country church where you can be encouraged to follow Jesus and be part of a supportive community. We gather to worship God, support one another in our faith journey and reach out to neighbors near and far. We are “Rooted in Christ…Growing Together.” We have been a part of the North Branford community since 1727. We belong to the National Association of Congregational Christian Churches. NBCC offers a range of programs and activities such as Sunday service (10 am), Bible study (Tues 11 am in the chapel), Sunday School for children, a book club, lunch bunch, meal train, parish visitors and more. We support the local food bank, run a community diaper bank and host the Shoreline Clothing Exchange. Our services are approximately an hour in length and include prayer, music and a Bible-based sermon to inspire and challenge you. As Congregationalist Christians we believe that Jesus Christ is the head of the church and we are all co-ministers, working together to share his love.
